My daughter has very frizzy and unmanageable hair, so I often have to spend a lot of time applying a ceramic iron hair straightener to tame her hair. I have a room in my house that is next to a bathroom and below another and is way back so there isn’t so much sun getting there, I’ve tried backing soda packets for humidity and nothing really works. I plugged the dehumidifier at night and the results where almost instant, the next day there was about 8 oz. of water collected in the recipient that comes with the equipment.  The design is very nice looking and goes very well in any room. It’s noiseless and effective. Easy to use: just plug it in push the on button and that’s it. When the tank is full it automatically turns itself off.
