Forever Flex Exercise Ball
I was very lucky to
try this amazing product. I’ve always hear about how great the exercise balls
are, but it didn’t give me the motivation to buy one. Now that I’ve tried it, I
wish I had bought one sooner.
The benefits are endless
and my main concern is my back. I spend a lot of time sitting down and my
posture is awful, but if you are using the ball as a chair, you have to stabilize
it by sitting aligned and straight. It also helps to stretch your back.
