This is an amazing way to keep track of your weight and health.

I’ve set three profiles and I’m amazed of the accuracy of each value.

It’s very easy to program: 

Just detach the battery safety plastic and it should light on. It powers on with touch and powers itself off. Then just set the first profile P1 then push set again for sex, set for height and finally set for age. Then it will automatically calculate each information in relation of the data inserted. It includes a chart with the ranges of values that are normal according to your age and sex.
