Reiki is a form of connecting with the universal energy and channeling it through our hands for healing and well-being, to become a Reiki Master the first step is to get initiated and study this art. There are three levels and can be studied online:




This is a great way to achieve a higher spiritual being and a better form of meditation.



What Is Usui Reiki?

Usui Reiki is the most traditional form of Reiki, the form taught and used by the founder of Reiki, Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is the art of channeling universal divine energy to provide energetic healing and re-balancing. It is based on the principle that everything is created by flowing energy. Reiki practitioners channel the universal energy and it those receiving it use it how and where its needed. Reiki is also used to obtain a balance and harmony within the self. Many learn Reiki to simply gain the knowledge and wisdom, others take classes in order to perform Reiki healing sessions on themselves and/or others, and some are motivated by the desire to learn the art of energy work in order to teach others.
