Got this really amazing comb for my pets and the results are awesome.
My house always had dog and cat hair all over, and I had to clean it even twice a day. I love my dogs and cats and even-though they have a yard to play, they have access to the house.
I tried this with my beagle first, she has short hair but is shedding a lot. The result was wonderful, she loved the massage the comb gave her and a lot of loose hair got in the comb and she was asking for more.
Next came my long haired chihuahua, she is not very fond of baths and combing so I had to be patient with her. The amount of loose hair I got from her was a lot. Her coat was shinny and clean.
At last, I used it on my cat. I had to be careful because he was in a fight and had some scratches, so I avoided that area. Got to get rid of most of his loose hair and he liked it so much he was scratching himself against the comb. The result was a happy cat with a shinny coat of black hair.
The comb works very easy, it has a cover protecting the dents, and there is a button on top that when is pressed, there is a plastic that comes down and cleans it from the hair it gathered.
Overall it is a great tool to have at home, you can do your own grooming and not spend a lot taking you pets to the salon. Is very easy, and they love it.
Just make sure to check your pet before using it, so it has no inflammation or cuts. I have a pair of beagles that pass the day playing and sometimes they get hurt, so just because they are in a safe environment doesn't mean that they are scratch free.
