I’ve had shiatsu massage and couldn’t think a cushion will provide the exact pressure. I have really tight muscles in my shoulders due to stress and the knots are very hard, it is like a big lump in my back. This massage system is just awesome. The pillow contains four rotating balls, two in each side, that are big enough to simulate a deep elbow massage, and the feeling is very relaxing. You can increase the pressure by pulling yourself closer to the pillow. It has a heating system and two rotation settings.  It comes with a strap to adjust the position on a chair and an extra cord for using it on a vehicle. MeasuPro Ultra Quiet Handheld Electronic Tens Unit http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BYN8GBG I tried this tens unit on my shoulders that are in knots because of stress and the massage setting put at the lowest level worked wonders. Even if I felt sore after using it, which is normal. My husband loves it because it relaxes him. It works like the ones that therapists use and is compact for easy carry. Love that is easy to use and has specific buttons marked for the muscles you are going to use it on.
