When opened, the pens stay hold to the case so there isn’t a mess of falling colors. They are great for adult coloring books.  The diamond shape tip is very helpful when trying designs with intricate lines; The flow of ink is constant, and haven’t had an issue with smudges by heavy flow or that a pen doesn’t work. Love the pastel colors and the glittery ones give a very nice finish. There are a lot of colors to choose from without repeating any.
