I was very lucky to try this amazing product. I’ve always hear about how great the exercise balls are, but it didn’t give me the motivation to buy one. Now that I’ve tried it, I wish I had bought one sooner.

The benefits are endless and my main concern is my back. I spend a lot of time sitting down and my posture is awful, but if you are using the ball as a chair, you have to stabilize it by sitting aligned and straight. It also helps to stretch your back.

One thing I love is that is not generic, they are different sizes depending on your height so you can get the perfect 90 degree angle while sitting on it.

The forever flex yoga ball is made of high quality material and can support 2,200 pounds. It comes with a hand pump, air plug remover and an additional air plug.

Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Gel  Had the best comfort sleep the first time I used this contour soft pillow. It is very soft, and the cover has this cooling soothing sensation. Looks very well made and with great materials.  Love how soft the cover is and that it can be removed for washing separately.  The only problem that you will have is that everyone in your house will want one. It is designed for multiple uses, as the sides have different width and inclination.  If you sleep sideways, then you can get your column aligned by using the wider side on your neck, the hollow part supports your head and you can feel your body relaxing as you slumber to sleep.  If you sleep facing up, then the best way is to use the lower elevation side on your neck and the curve will support your head without obstructing your air flow as it is the norm with pillows with too much filling.  There are so many other uses that will benefit your health, like reducing snoring,
