RollerMaster Rolling Pin
If you like baking like I do, you know the hassle of doing
things with flour on your kitchen top and the mess it makes with the rolling
pin. I tried my favorite butter cookie recipe using the roller master and it
was so much better. The rolling pin is very light weight, so you know how much pressure
to apply to get an even dough. Second, it doesn’t stick to the dough and third
and foremost you can actually cool the rolling pin; so when working with a
delicate pastry that needs to be cold to work and maintain it cool, this is
ideal.
Compared to a wooden rolling pin, this one wins by a knockout.
