Just amazing!!!

I have tried coloring therapy and it really relaxes and helps you unwind after a hectic day.

This coloring book is awesome in so many ways; the designs are lovely and easy to draw. There are some books that have overpowering images with too much detail, but this is a perfect balance.

Love the quotes that are on the other side of the page. This gives a little kick, so you can meditate and focus on the message while you are coloring a beautiful image.

I found it very relaxing and enjoyable.
