I suffer from hypertension and always have a cuff or an upper arm monitor. High blood pressure is something to not joke about, and even though I take my medicines, sometimes it just goes through the roof due to anxiety or other circumstance. This monitor is compact, easy to use and works perfectly. It has option to store measures from two individuals, there is no delay in the reading, and the pump works quite well. It comes with a cloth pouch for safekeeping and is so small that can be stored in your purse without taking much space. Love the color code that tells you the level of the measure, if it is normal, slightly elevated or very high.

If you sleep sideways, then you can get your column aligned by using the wider side on your neck, the hollow part supports your head and you can feel your body relaxing as you slumber to sleep. If you sleep facing up, then the best way is to use the lower elevation side on your neck and the curve will support your head without obstructing your air flow as it is the norm with pillows with too much filling.
