Got to try a sample of this product and it is amazing how fast you can go to sleep and wake up feeling renewed. 

Love that is an over the counter sleep aid, and it doesn't cause dependency. 

The main component is diphenhydramine hydrochloride that is used mostly for allergies.

The liquid caps are very small, so they are easy to swallow. 
I think it is a great alternative as a sleep aid.
