Got this bottle with one ounce of natural lavender oil (Kashmir) and tried using it for aromatherapy.

Loved the smell and the feeling of relaxation that comes from this essence. It has so many calming and soothing effects that is best for meditation if you practice it while doing yoga or before bedtime.

It is also great for adding a few drops in the tub while taking a bath, the experience will be stress relieve and lower levels of anxiety.

I compare this oil with another lavender essence and they had a slight difference in smell, so I notice the specification of Kashmir that the other didn't have, only the scientific name of the plant Lavandula Angustifolia. This Lavender (Kashmir) is grown organically at a high altitude, in the valleys and foothills of the Himalayas, giving it the the extra smell and purity.

The only problem that you will have is that everyone in your house will want one. It is designed for multiple uses, as the sides have different width and inclination. If you sleep sideways, then you can get your column aligned by using the wider side on your neck, the hollow part supports your head and you can feel your body relaxing as you slumber to sleep. If you sleep facing up, then the best way is to use the lower elevation side on your neck and the curve will support your head without obstructing your air flow as it is the norm with pillows with too much filling.
