Convenient and with the right size for leftovers, it makes it very easy to cook in large quantities and save to heat up in the week.
It makes planning much easier. The containers are heavy  and sturdy and can stand been frozen or heated in a microwave.
Love that they are easy to clean, and even a lasagna mess can be cleaned without leaving any stain.
You can take out the air by pushing the lid down a few times. It keeps the food fresh for more time.
