I recently had an issue with my monthly box subscription to +Birchbox and I’m very amazed about how promptly I got an accurate answer from the customer service team, even though it was a Saturday, and it was midday, I got a reply in less than five minutes, and a solution to my problem rapidly.
If there could be a way to rate +Birchbox service, I would give it 5 stars.
